Residential services

A considered next chapter.

01Residential interior design
Rooms shaped around your routines, your taste, and the pieces that belong to your story. Layouts, palettes, and details work together.
02Remodel design & planning
Clarify how a space should look and function before work begins. We guide layouts, finish selections, and priorities for your licensed contractor.
03Owner’s representation
An advocate beside you. We help keep decisions, selections, and communication aligned with your design intent.
04Budget planning
Set priorities early. Allow for furnishings, finishes, contingencies, and phased improvements within a considered spending plan.
05Sourcing & furnishing
Antiques, new furnishings, lighting, textiles, and art. We find the right balance between what you own and what the room needs.

A good fit

For the home you want to keep.

Who it’s for

Homeowners with beloved rooms, inherited pieces, or a home whose possibilities need a fresh eye. Those who want a clear design direction and an advocate while working with their own licensed contractor.

Typical scope

A single-room furnishing plan. Connected living spaces. Kitchen and bath design & planning. Whole-home interiors or phased improvements. We agree on deliverables and boundaries before beginning.

Before & after

Stories of a space.

01 · A Bedroom, Renewed

A bedroom, renewed.

The bedroom after: a refinished antique bed, soft green walls, layered bedding, and bedside lamps
The bedroom before: a cream daybed, pale walls, and a dark glass-front cabinet beside the window

BeforeAfter

Drag the slider to compare before and after.

A guest room that had drifted from the rest of the home. The walls took on a soft green, and an antique bed was refinished and brought back into use. What was kept now sets the tone for the room.

Questions, answered

Before we begin.

Do you do the construction?

No. Construction is performed by independently licensed contractors you hire directly. We can introduce trusted contractors and represent your interests throughout.

Can you work with furnishings I already own?

Yes. Treasured pieces are often the starting point. We consider what to keep, what to reimagine, and what to add.

Can we approach the project in phases?

Yes. We can plan a cohesive direction, then prioritize rooms or selections around your budget and timing. The agreed scope sets the sequence.

How are fees and scope agreed?

After discovery, we outline the design and consulting services, deliverables, and fees for your review. Contractor agreements and costs remain directly between you and your licensed contractor.
