Do you manage the rental?

No. We design and furnish the home. Bookings and guest management stay with you or your property manager.

Can you help with repairs or updates?

Any construction is performed by independently licensed contractors you hire directly. We coordinate with them on your behalf.

Is there a project minimum?

Full-service projects begin at $5,000.
